Where Li-Ion Fits

Lithium-ion is the default when energy density and cycle life matter more than absolute lowest cost — portable equipment, unmanned platforms, instrumentation, and powered devices that need maximum runtime in minimum weight. BAM builds Li-ion packs from cylindrical (18650, 21700) and pouch/prismatic cells with spot-welded nickel or busbar interconnects, integrated BMS and protection, balancing, and the connector and form factor the application requires. Allied-nation cell options (Molicel, Samsung, LG, Panasonic) are quoted where sourcing requirements apply.

Can you match an existing Li-ion pack?

Usually — send the original or its label and dimensions. Reverse-documenting produces a drawing you keep.

Do you build high-voltage series packs?

Yes — high-series configurations with appropriate BMS and protection are standard work.

Can you document cell origin?

Yes — where a program requires it, packs are quoted with documented component source, country of origin in writing.
