Sourcing & Distribution

Hard-to-find, obsolete, and specialty components sourced through a U.S.-first network — plus specialty battery distribution. When the part exists, we find it and document where it came from; when it doesn’t, the shop next to this desk builds it.

What We Build

Hard-to-find & obsolete components

Discontinued and allocated parts located through a qualified network.

Specialty batteries

Battery distribution including hazmat-aware handling and 49 CFR-prepared lithium shipments.

Defense-grade components

Parts sourced with the documentation defense programs ask for — origin stated in writing where required.

Kitting

Multi-part orders consolidated, counted, and packaged per build or per station.

Vendor consolidation

One PO and one accountable supplier across many small-line buys.

Source-or-build resolution

The option only a manufacturer-distributor can offer: if sourcing fails, the part gets quoted as a build.

Sourcing Questions

Can you find a discontinued part?

Often, yes — send the part number or the original. When the search fails, the same quote can price a built replacement, which is the leverage of a shop that does both.

How do you handle counterfeit risk?

Qualified suppliers, documentation to the requirement, and inspection on receipt — origin in writing where the order calls for it.

Is there a minimum order?

No — single-piece sourcing is normal, though small orders carry proportionally more handling cost and the quote reflects that honestly.

Do you stock batteries for resale?

Specialty battery distribution is an active line; stocked brands are listed in the shop as dealer relationships come online.
