Control Boxes & Enclosures

Panels, interface hardware, junction and distribution boxes, and potted or sealed assemblies — the box, the wiring inside it, and the documentation behind it, built as one job.

01

Build review

Drawings, BOM, requirements, and any consigned parts reviewed before work starts — gaps flagged at quote, not delivery.

02

First article

A first unit built and checked against the documented requirements before the run proceeds.

03

Build & test

Assembly per spec with inline checks; functional testing to the documented acceptance criteria.

04

Documentation

Build records and test results delivered with the hardware, quoted to the requirement of the job.

What We Build

Operator interface boxes

Switches, indicators, displays, and connectors mounted and wired to your control scheme.

Junction & distribution boxes

Power and signal distribution with terminal blocks, glands, and labeled wiring.

Potted & sealed modules

Electronics encapsulated in polyurethane potting inside machined or molded housings for moisture, vibration, and harsh environments.

DIN-rail panel builds

Components mounted and wired on rails and back panels to your layout drawing.

Custom housings

Machined aluminum and 3D-printed enclosures when off-the-shelf boxes don't fit the job.

Modified standard enclosures

Off-the-shelf enclosures machined, sealed, and fitted with glands, connectors, and mounting hardware.

Enclosure Questions

Can you pot our existing board?

Usually — send the board and the environment it has to survive. Encapsulation review covers thermal behavior, serviceability tradeoffs, and connector strategy before anything is committed to potting.

Are your sealed builds IP certified?

Builds are designed and constructed toward the sealing requirement; formal ingress-protection verification is arranged when the program requires certified results.

Do you build one-off boxes?

Yes — single custom boxes for test rigs, retrofits, and field equipment are normal work.

What about serviceability after potting?

Potting is permanent by design. Where service access matters, the design review steers toward gasketed and sealed approaches instead — that judgment call is part of the quote.

Describe the environment. We’ll build the box that survives it.
