Do you only build to print, or can you help define the harness?
Both. Build-to-print is the core service; when the drawing doesn't exist yet, send the equipment, the endpoints, and the problem — defining the pinout and BOM can be part of the quote.
What's the minimum quantity?
One. Single service cables and one-off adapters are normal work here, alongside pilot and production runs.
Do you supply connectors or do we?
Either. BAM sources connectors and wire through its U.S.-first supplier network, or builds with customer-supplied components — consigned parts are received, counted, and tracked against the build.
What documentation comes with a harness order?
Quoted to the requirement — build records, continuity and pull-test results, and conformance documentation where the program calls for it.
Can you replicate an existing harness with no drawing?
Usually, yes — send the sample. Reverse-documenting the assembly produces a drawing you keep, and the builds run against it from then on.
