When the program carries sourcing requirements, packs are quoted with documented component source: allied-nation cell options with country of origin stated in writing, lot traceability, and UN 38.3 documentation arranged as the build requires.

Do you build high-discharge packs for FPV-class platforms?
Yes — high-rate LiPo construction is a core build, quoted to the platform's discharge, weight, and connector requirements.
Can one shop take the pack, the harness, and the compute node?
Yes, and that's the point — the failures usually live at the interfaces between them. One build owner means the connector on the pack matches the harness, and the harness reaches the node.
What quantities make sense to send you?
