Edge AI & Embedded Systems

Edge devices, sensor nodes, and mesh systems where the hardware and the software ship together — enclosure, power, connectivity, and the embedded code already integrated and tested as one unit.

01

Define the deployment

Environment, power budget, connectivity, and what the device must decide on its own — captured before hardware is picked.

02

Integrate

Compute, sensors, radio, power, and enclosure brought together; embedded software and on-device models loaded.

03

Validate

Bench and field-representative testing against the deployment conditions.

04

Deliver & support

Devices shipped configured, with a documented update path.

What We Build

Sensor nodes

Field-deployable sensing devices with local processing — including solar-charged designs validated through long-duration continuous field operation.

Edge inference devices

On-device AI/ML where the decision has to happen locally — no cloud dependency, no backhaul assumption.

Mesh repeaters & gateways

Off-grid mesh networking hardware for sites where infrastructure doesn't exist.

Bench & test instruments

Custom battery testing devices manufactured and integrated into digital DC electronic load generators.

Enclosure + power integration

The part most device projects underestimate — housing, mounting, sealing, and a power system designed for the duty cycle.

Field kits

Complete deployable packages: device, power, mounting, and spares, documented for non-technical installers.

Build Details

ComputeEmbedded Linux single-board platforms and microcontrollers, selected to the workload — not the other way around.
SoftwareEmbedded software, mesh networking, and on-device AI/ML, shipped installed and configured on the hardware.
PowerBattery, solar-charged, and line-powered designs — pack design in-house, which is rarely true of device shops.
EnclosuresSealed, potted, and rugged housings built in the same shop.
QuantitiesSingle prototypes through pilot and production runs.
DocumentationConfiguration records, test results, and deployment documentation quoted to the requirement.

Device Questions

Do you do software-only projects?

Yes — But BAM is hardware-led. Software ships on hardware we build, which is exactly why the two work together when they arrive.

How do updates work after deployment?

A documented update path ships with the device — the mechanism depends on connectivity, and it's defined during the deployment review, not after.

Can you build one prototype to prove a concept?

Yes — single proof-of-function devices are normal work, and the path from one unit to a pilot run is quoted up front.

What connectivity options do you work with?

Mesh radio, standard wireless, and wired interfaces — selected to the site, since the deployment environment decides, not the datasheet.
