Test Fixtures & Jigs

Fixtures, jigs, and build-support tooling that make assembly, inspection, and testing repeatable — designed from your part files and built in the same shop that uses tooling like this every day.

01

Part & process review

Your part files and the operation the fixture must support — assembly, inspection, or test — define the design.

02

Design & approve

Fixture design returned for sign-off before material is cut.

03

Build & prove

Fixture machined, assembled, and proven against real parts.

04

Document

Use instructions and maintenance notes delivered with the tooling.

What We Build

Assembly fixtures

Holding, locating, and alignment tooling that makes the tenth build match the first.

Test fixtures

Powered and instrumented fixtures — spring-pin contact, connector breakouts, and instrument integration for functional test.

Inspection gauges

Go/no-go and locating gauges for receiving and in-process checks.

Process jigs

Soldering, bonding, potting, and cure-positioning jigs for repeatable process steps.

Instrumented bench tooling

Fixtures integrated with electronic loads and measurement equipment — including custom battery test devices.

Packaging & handling aids

Trays, nests, and protective tooling for moving delicate assemblies through a build.

Build Details

Design inputsSTEP/CAD part files, drawings, or the physical part itself — reverse-modeling is available.
MaterialsMachined aluminum, engineering polymers, and 3D-printed components, matched to wear and accuracy needs.
Electronics integrationPowered fixtures with instrumentation, wiring, and interfaces built in-house.
QuantitiesTypically one-offs and small sets; duplicates quoted with the original.
DocumentationFixture drawings, use instructions, and calibration notes where measurements matter.

Tooling Questions

Can you design from our part files, or do you need the part?

Either. CAD files are fastest; a physical part can be reverse-modeled as part of the job.

Do you build instrumented or powered fixtures?

Yes — fixtures with integrated power, measurement, and electronic loads are a specialty, including custom battery test equipment.

What happens when our part revs?

Fixtures are documented so revisions are quotable updates, not rebuilds — send the new rev and the delta gets assessed.

Do you build tooling for processes you don't run?

Yes — the fixture ships with use instructions; proving it on your parts before delivery is part of the build.

Send the part. Get tooling that makes it repeatable.
